Valve oil seal is a type of oil seal that is generally vulcanized from an outer skeleton and fluororubber.

 It is an important component of the engine valve group that comes into contact with gasoline and engine oil at high t

emperatures, so it is necessary to use materials with excellent heat and oil resistance, usually fluororubber. 

If the valve oil seal is damaged, such as foreign objects or dust mixed in during installation,

 resulting in seal leakage and poor assembly causing seal damage, a series of problems may arise due to improper sealing equipment design

 or improper storage and transportation of the product itself. The car may experience sluggish acceleration and emit blue smoke. 

Slight burning of engine oil can lead to blue smoke emissions from the rear, insufficient power, and excessive fuel consumption.

 It can also cause engine oil to enter the cylinder along the valve guide rod, leading to accelerated carbon deposition on the spark plug, 

deterioration of working conditions, and even engine failure. The engine power decreases, the valve tilts, the cylinder seal is not tight, 

and the cylinder pressure decreases, resulting in reduced oil consumption. During long-distance driving, the engine may be damaged

 due to a lack of oil.

After the valve oil seal is damaged, the car will emit blue smoke every time it is cold started, and the engine will experience problems 

such as weak acceleration and vibration. At this time, it is necessary to replace the valve oil seal. Due to the strict replacement process,

 the valve chamber and cylinder head need to be disassembled, and the work is very complex. Therefore, it is necessary to try to go to 

a service station with quality assurance. When replacing, it is also possible to measure the piston rings and cylinder liners. It may be 

necessary to replace the piston ring kit and cylinder liner.
